APIPRAKTIK Ltd. established at Lipová 1, Humenné 06601, Slovak Republic, registered with the Commercial Register kept by the District Court of Prešov in Section: Sa, Insert No:Vložka číslo:  39636/P as a „Processor“ handles in the case of REGISTRATION, CREATION OF ORDER (fulfilling the purchase agreement including delivery),TRADE NOTES and FILLING OF THE CONTACT FORM in accordance with Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council. No 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / ES (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"),the following personal data: first name, surname, address (billing and delivery),phone number and email address.

The name, surname, address (billing and delivery),telephone number and email address must be processed for the purpose of completing the purchase agreement, including delivery to the address specified by the customer, making the registration on www.apipraktik.sk, www.apipraktik.eu or www.apipraktik.de sending business notifications or sending the contact form. These personal data will be processed by APIPRAKTIK Ltd. for 3 years.

The processing of personal data is carried out by APIPRAKTIK Ltd., a supervisor authority, and, if the order is created, also by the shipping company.

Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act you have the right to:

* request from us information about what personal data we process,

* request from us an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,

* request access to this data with us and let them update or edit,

* require us to erase this personal data - this deletion will, however, result in termination of the contract negotiations,

* In case of doubt about compliance with personal data processing, please contact us or the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
