Usage (Dosage): Adults take teaspoon (5 ml) 2 times per day before meals. The recommended daily intake (10 ml) contains 50 mg of propolis phenolic compounds ( NRV* indeterminate) and contains 135 µg of beta – carotene RE which represents 16,88% of the vitamin A NRV*. *NRV – nutrient reference value.

Recommendation:To achieve the desired effect, it is essential to use the products for at least 3 months.
